T is for Texas

I never thought of Texas as a place I'd want to visit

until my daughter moved there.

I'll have to admit their beaches are nice.

I found it has its own beauty.

Of course, it may be the people

 . . . that live there . . .

that make it beautiful to me.

My whole family took a trip to Austin years back when I was a teen (I think! LOL) - enjoyed it. Love the pics.

I love it here. Even though folks laugh at my accent. I can't imagine living anywhere else. You went south to the beach, where else did you visit? (That barn was not near the beach!)

Marji, we were all over the place. The beach is in Galveston, and the barn is near Dallas.

My son was stationed in Texas during basic training in the Air Force. I loved seeing a different side of Texas, it looks beautiful.

My hubby is one of 11 kids and most all live in Texas - it is definitely the people (and the crimson clover and blue bonetts)
