What Do You Know?

When you know about something wonderful, do you tell everyone? Is it hard for you to keep quiet? Do you tell the store clerk and the mailman? How can you keep great news to yourself?

That's exactly what God wants us to do
with His good news - the Gospel.

"For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received,
how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures;
and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures."
(I Corinthians 15:3,4)

We don't have to be a minister or go to Bible school for years. We need only to tell what we know.

The angel at the tomb had but two commands -
"Come and see,
Go and tell."

"Jesus came and spake unto them, saying,
'All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost;
Teaching them to observe all things
whatsoever I have commanded you;
and lo, I am with you always,
even unto the end of the world. Amen' "
(Matthew 28:18-20)

The Good News is still being told to the far corners of the world, in languages that aren't even written, by missionaries that have never owned a Bible.

Will you tell the Good News to someone?
