Poetry - Felines
Felines
Back arched high
Toes stretched wide,
Furry tail
Swishing elegance
Back and forth
Rumbling purrs
Nose to nose
Sharing romance
Mournful cry
Pitiful
Waits at door
Strutting hesitance
Creepy over
Barnyard loft
Sniffing air
Scurrying rodents
Crouching low
Muscles tense
Twitching tip
Staring intense
Furious pounce
Sharpest claws
Dinnertime
Smacking success
Licking paws
Sandpaper tongue
Clean your ears
Slicking whiskers
Curling round
Toes to chin
Dormant pose
Sleeping princess
