I am hosting Monday Manna today, where we meet to together to study a portion of God's Word. You may link to your blog with thoughts on this verse (with the Linky at the bottom of this page), or you may add a comment. (Next week, we will take a break because both Joanne and I will be at the Faithwriters' Conference.)
"I will praise Thee, for I am fearfully and
wonderfully made; marvelous are Thy works;
that my soul knoweth right well."
(Psalm 139:14)
I love babies -
more specifically,
I love newborn babies!
I love their eyes.
I love their scent.
I love their wrinkled, fuzzy skin.
I love their little toes.
I love their chubby cheeks.
I love their little fingers.
I love their pouty lips.
Babies are God's way of showing us
that He is still in the miracle business.
I love the thought of God sculpting
and creating me with His hands.
He made me just the right height (short)
and curly hair and stubby fingers.
Any talents or skills He gave me are not
my doing, but His gift to me.
What a peace to rest in the fact that
everything God does is marvelous and great.
I shouldn't complain about my life or looks,
for God does not make mistakes.
He loves me!
He made me special.
I am beautiful to Him.

God certainly IS in the miracle-making business. Love the pictures, and the message.
OK you did the wee pediatric end of this verse and I am taking the opposite end of the spectrum (GRIN) Love you Lady and wish you could come to lunch - home made bean salad with some sunburst tomatoes and black olives to jazz it up - some cabbage roll ups with lean beef and maybe turkey bacon....and iced lemon tea!
Mmmmm...that sounds delicious! I wish I could pop in for an hour or so.
