My Back Door: "Let Your Light So Shine . . ."

"Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle and put it under a bushel, but put it on a candlestick; and it gives light unto all that is in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven."

I am so impressed and blessed by the testimony of the gymnist, Gabbie Douglas. Even before I heard her story, I could sense the joy in her life. I was not surprised that she was a born-again Believer. In various interviews, she shared her love for the Lord. She told of quoting Scriptures to herself just before a routine. She talked of her mother and family praying for her and encouraging her.
