My son decided he wanted to put up some lights around the place for Christmas. We had decorated a fir tree in our yard in previous years, and there was still a string of lights among its branches. But it had grown, probably doubling its height.
My son bought some icicle lights, but it still didn't cover much of the tree. So, he added a string of LED lights. He couldn't quite reach to the top of the tree, but it was better.
When we turn it on, the LED lights look like a blue gnome cap. It looks like we have a giant travelocity gnome in our yard. It gives me a little giggle every time.
I love it!
