Saturdays are always busy around here. I never know who will be stopping by or if my hubby and I will go to town or if we'll be working on a project around the house. I considered not doing ANYTHING on my blog over the weekend, but I've decided to post some of my collection of pictures.They may be of our family or scenic places around our state or others interesting photos I've collected.
I've been digging out my Christmas decorations. We've had the ceramic nativity scene and some tree ornaments since we were married. We've gone through various Christmas decorating themes - snowflakes, apples, snowmen. This year, I've been attracted to the miniature village houses. They're not all the same scale, but who cares? It's fun to arrange them on the mantel and pretend.
Tell me about your favorite Christmas decoration. Do you have a theme? Do you like to buy them or make them?

I remember the "Snow Village" on the windowsill
at my grandparents' house when I was young.

I don't really have a theme, but my favorite decoration(s) is 3 little hand made angels that stay at the top of my tree. They were made by my boys when they were little.
