Photo Memories- "Nana"

I love that we live in the age of being able to capture a moment of time with a snap of a camera. I came across this picture and it warmed my heart.

My mother became "Nana" to the great-grandchildren. She cherished each moment she had with them. Only the pictures will help them remember her.
